The alarm clock rang beside Ryan, he groan and was lazy to wake up. It was 8am and the sun was shining into his room through his glass doors. He stopped the alarm from ringing and woke up.

He took his iPhone from his side table and looked at his day planner. He has his company meeting today and he has to be in the photo shoot for his clothing line. He gets out of his bed and went to the bathroom to clean up.

Just as he walked out of his bathroom his phone rang. He looked at the caller ID, it was Steve.

He sighs just before he answered his phone, “I’m almost done. Just give me 30 minutes and I’ll be there.”

“Okay but be quick, we got a lot to do today.” Steve told him.

“Yeah okay, bye.” He ended the call and put down his phone.

Steve is Ryan’s manager and has always been managing his works. Ryan doesn’t like meetings but Steve helps him out a lot.

He got ready and went to his kitchen to grab a cup of coffee. After his cup of coffee, he got his keys and walked to his car. When he arrived at his office, there were people waiting for him; Steve was waiting for him with files and pictures waiting for him.

“Here’s the file for today’s meeting and the pictures are the models for today’s photo shoot.” Steve told him.

They went into the meeting room and a few of the next season’s design was laid out for him. He choose the designs and changes that he wants and told them what to do with it.

“Ryan we have to head to the studio now, the photo shoot will start soon and they need you there.” One of the staff told him.

“Okay you guys deal with this and I need to go now. Just call me if there’s any other change.” He told them.

Steve followed him and told him the address for the studio. Before he went into his car, Steve quickly called him. “There’s a problem at the studio. We need about 3 more girl models for the girls clothing line but we can’t find anyone else at this time.” Steve told him.

He thought for a while and got a great idea. “I have some people in mind but I’ll have to call her first.” He took out his iPhone and looked for a name in the phone book list.

Kathy was at Lilly’s place rehearsing the songs that they’re going to perform in the school’s upcoming party. The music room was filled with music played by Kathy, Lilly and Heather.

They played some Christmas songs, then Kathy rehearse her own songs. Lilly then rehearse her own songs too. They were in the middle of singing “Rocking around the Christmas tree” when Kathy’s phone rang. She put down her guitar and went to get her phone on the table. She was happy to see the caller ID.

“Hello.” She answered.

“Hi, Kathy.” Ryan said, with a sweet tone in his voice.

“What’s up?” She asked him, feeling excited.

“I was just wondering if you’re free to do me a favor.” He said.

“Oh, sure what is it?” she asked him.

“I’m in a photo shoot now for my clothing line but we don’t have enough female models for the girls clothing. So I was wondering if you’d like to be the model for this photo shoot.” He explained to her.

“Sure, I’d love to.” She answered, feeling slightly surprised with his request.

“Oh yeah bring 2 of your friends along too. I need then to be in the shoot too.” He said.

“Okay, sure but where’s the shoot?” she asked him.

“I’ll text you the address, just come now.” He said.

“Okay, I’ll just pack my things and let the girls know. See you later.” She said to him.

“Okay, thanks bye.” He said before ending the call.
She put down her phone and went to her friends.

“Hey girls, would you like to be models for a clothing line today?” she asked them.
They stopped what they were doing and looked at her.

“What, are you serious?” Lilly asked.

“Yup, just got a call from Ryan saying he needs 3 female models now.” Kathy told
them. Her phone vibrated, she got a text from Ryan of the location address.

“I just receive the address from Ryan, we better go now.” She told them.

“Wow, this is exciting.” Heather said.

The girls packed their bag and Kathy took her keys to her car and drove off.

At the set, it was chaotic. Ryan was telling his staffs what to do and the arrangements of the models. Most of the people on the set were asking for his opinion. He was wearing one of his clothing too; he was one of the models for the shoot too. When the girls arrive, they walked in and was a bit overwhelmed by the whole thing. They have never been to a set for photo shoot before.

There were rolls of backdrops, hangers filled with clothes and shoes on the ground. Lights were focusing in one area; the craft service table is at one end, filled with junk food and healthy food too. There were some skateboards on a table and some props too. The speaker was blasting out up-beat music to pump up the shoot.

The girls were looking all around the set filled with excitement. A guy came up to then and got their names, he looked through the clip folder he had on his hand flipped through the papers and found their name.

“Can you come with me girls, we need to get your make-up done and you need to change.” The guy told them.

“Yeah, sure.” Kathy told him. The guy rushed them into the dressing room, got their hair and makeup done and they got changed. While they got ready, someone knocked on the door.

“2 minutes ladies and you have to be out for the shoot.” The man said.

They got dressed quickly and walked out of the dressing room, Ryan was in the middle of his shoot. They stood there and watched him pose for the camera.

After a few shots, he saw the girls standing aside, he walked over to them.

“Hey Kathy, thanks you so much for helping out. I really appreciate it.” He smiled.

“No problem, we’re more than happy to help out.” She replied.

“You girls look good in these shirt, do you like it?” he asked.

“Yeah totally, it’s so comfortable and the designs are cool.” Heather said.

“Glad you like it.” Ryan said.

“This whole thing is really cool.” Lilly said to him, she still look very excited looking around.

“Yeah, photo shoots are cool but sometime we get problems like today we didn’t have enough models. Thank God you guys agreed to come.”

“Ladies, it’s time for your shoot.” The guy came over and told them.

“Thanks Bryan, we’ll come over.” Ryan told the man.

“So, are you ready for the shoot?” he asked them with a smile.

“Yeah, I’m pumped!” Lilly said.

They all laughed. “Yup, I’m ready.” Kathy said.

They walked over to the center of the room with the backdrop behind them. The whole thing was fun for the girls. They had props, such as skateboards.
At one point Kathy decided to step on the skateboard and she slide all the way across the room, she didn’t know how to stop.

“AHH, help, someone” Kathy shouted as she was wobbling on the skateboard.

Ryan quick ran toward her and grabbed her just as she fell, as usual she would blush.

“Thanks.” She said with a smile while she was in his arms.

“Don’t mention it, just be careful next time.” He smiled back.

“Will do” she replied.

“You really need skate board lessons.” He helped her stand.

“Yeah, I’m not so good in skateboards but surprisingly good in roller skates.” She chuckled.

“You know what, maybe you should come to the skate park tomorrow, maybe I can give you a few pointers.” He told her.

“Sure. I think we better get back to the shoot.” She said

They walked back and continued the photo shoot. After 2 hours of the shoot, they all changed and packed up their things. When the girls came out from the dressing room,
Ryan was waiting for them by the door.

“You girls can keep the outfit. It’s a way to thank you for helping out.” He handed them the t-shirts that modeled just now.

He lead the girls out to the main entrance, he opened the door like a gentleman and said “Ladies first.”

Kathy walked out first then Lilly then Heather. Just as Heather was about to walked out, she stopped and told Ryan “Hey Ryan, I don’t think Kathy have told you about her performing in our school party for Christmas.”

“Yeah, didn’t hear anything about it at all. So what’s up?” Ryan asked.

“I’m inviting you to come to our school party, you know watch her perform and she
probably doesn’t have a date for the party anyway. She’ll probably kill me if she finds out that I told you about her performing but just don’t let her know, just come to our school, here’s the entrance ticket it’s got all the information, time and date.” Heather handed the ticket to him, and then walked out.

Ryan held onto the ticket and smile, he put it into his pocket and went out the door.
