“Oh, I’m so embarrassed, I don’t’ know if I would be able to go back to the restaurant.” Kathy said while walking through the hallways in her school.

“I think I have to stay away from the restaurant for a week, no a month, until everyone who saw that incident forgets about it. Thank God there was another restaurant not far away from there.” She continued. Lilly sighed, “No more pizzas for us? That’s so sad. Besides I don’t think anyone would remember.” She felt slightly miserable knowing that Kathy wouldn't want to go back to the restaurant, but Lilly knows there’s always another way to keep pushing Kathy into doing something that she fears of doing.

“My mom laughed about the whole incident, she said at least my dream came true. I literally fell for him.” She frowned. “Hahahahaha.” Lilly busted into laughter, she couldn’t stop herself. “Ah, your mom’s comments are always funny” Lilly put her books on her table and Kathy sat next to her.

“Are you gonna start making your own demo and send it to a company soon?” Kathy asked. She knows Lilly has always have a huge dream of singing with her favorite singers and possibly make it into the music industry. “Maybe, but we’re gonna sing a duet to cover a song right?”

“Li, I don’t know, cuz I don’t really have confidence in my own singing. I’ll try though.”

“I know you’re very good in writing songs, why not write one about what happen yesterday.” Kathy can play the guitar and the piano, she has been training since she was 5 and she was taught by the father. Her musical talent is also passed down from her grandfather who was a very famous singer during his days. When she was young, she loved it when her grandfather sings to her. Until now whenever she goes to visit him, she would still want him to sing to her but also she would play him songs that she wrote.

“I don’t know about that. Also can we not talk about it again please?” She plead Lilly because she knows Lilly will keep bring up the incident to talk about it.
“We’ll go for lunch later, okay? I’ll drive.” Lilly suggested.
“Okay but I have to go back to change. I’ll meet you at my place later.”
The class began to lower down their voice as the teacher came in.

Kathy rushed to her room to put her schoolbag and change. “Katherine! Is that you?” Her brother shouted from the kitchen. He is majoring in architecture and is a very good artist. “Yes, it’s me. I just came home to change and I’m going out again.” She didn’t realize her brother was back. He moved out about 2 years ago and started his own business in architecture with his best friend. She paused for a while, and ran out of her room and rushed to the kitchen. She gave Keith a big hug. “I haven’t seen you since the beginning of the year. How are you? I miss you so much.” Keith smile and trying to take his breath.
“Oops, sorry.” She laughed.

“I miss you too kiddo. I’ve been really busy with school and the business has been booming.”

“You do know I’m not a kid anymore, right?”

“I know but you’re still my baby sister. How are you anyway?” he asked while preparing a PB&J sandwich.

“I’m fine, is that your lunch by the way?” she asked giving him a look.

“Yes, is that a problem?”

“Stop preparing that and come to lunch with me and Lilly. She‘s probably waiting for me outside. She’s driving.” She took the bread and the bread knife away. She knows what he was about to and before he could say anything, she said “Mom and dad are still at work and you should be home for dinner later. They are gonna be so happy to see you.” He smile to his baby sister’s quick response.
She grabbed her things and pulled Keith along with her.

“OMG, Keith is that you?” Lilly said in surprise with her eyes wide open.
Keith smiled and walked over to Lilly, he gave her a hug. “Yeah it’s me. I just came home to see my baby sister and she pulled me out of the house to have lunch with you. Is that okay with you?”

“Yeah, totally, I haven’t seen you in a while anyway. I’ll drive though.” Lilly quickly said.

“Yes, Kath already told me that. By the way I’m in the mood of eating pizza, I haven’t been down to San Clemente since the beginning of the year.”

“Great idea, I have the perfect place for pizza.”Lilly replied.
They all got into Lilly’s car and she drove with a big smile on her face, she looked like she had already planned something.
